Qom seminary scholar’s community response to Trump’s absurd remarks regarding the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution: We will never remain silent in the face of insults against the Supreme Leader of the Revolution

According to the Public Relations Office of the Qom seminary scholar’s community, following Trump’s absurd remarks on Saturday regarding the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the Community issued a statement in response.

The text of the statement is as follows:

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

“Pharaoh, I believe you are destroyed.” (Surah Al-Isra, 102)

The rantings of the Pharaoh ruling America against His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei stem from the sinister and abject nature of this evil man. On one hand, these words demonstrate the height of the speaker’s arrogance and conceit; on the other, they reveal his weakness and wretchedness against the resistance of the ever-vigilant nation of Islamic Iran.

The Qom seminary scholar’s community condemns the vain and nonsensical remarks of the delusional President of America and declares:

We will never remain silent in the face of insults or any attacks on the sanctity of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution. It is a divine tradition to support and aid the saints of God, and history has proven that the ultimate fate of the arrogant is nothing but humiliation and disgrace; “Allah humiliates every tyrant and disgraces the haughty.”

The Islamic Ummah, as followers of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), are “firm against the disbelievers” and will stand steadfast on their covenant and pact with the Deputy of the Imam (peace be upon him) to the very end.
