Statement of condolence issued by Qom seminary scholar’s community on the martyrdom of lieutenant-general Qasem Suleimani and his Mujahedeen brothers

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful
Among the faithful are men who fulfill what they have pledged to Allah: there are some among them who have fulfilled their pledge, and some of them who still wait, and they have not changed in the least.
(The glorious Qur’an 33:23)
With great sadness, we have received the news of the martyrdom of the pious warrior, the lieutenant-general Hajj Qasem Suleimani (may God bliss his soul) and his fellow Mujahedeen.
He has been a soldier dedicated his blessed life for the progress of Islam and was a loyal supporter of the oppressed people in the world as he was leading the resistance front under the blessings of Imam Al-Mahdi (May Allah Hasten his arrival) and the care of leader of the Islamic revolution Imam Khamenei (God bless him with a respectful life) against the imperialist invaders.
The martyr Hajj Qasem Suleimani has been one of the leaders of the IRGC who worked for years with sincere faith, unparalleled courage and exceptional insight on the fronts of the sacred defense, then he led the resistance front against the global arrogance, and finally he won the pride of martyrdom by those who are the most arrogant and criminals in the world and received the eternal divine paradise as he has joined the caravan of martyrs and the master of the martyrs Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
The life and martyrdom of this great martyr represents a lofty model for all the resistance fighters, and surely his pure blood will turn into a raging flood to destroy the thrones of tyrants and arrogant criminals, especially the American criminal hands that was stained with the blood of this dear leader of the Islamic Front and his dear friends. Undoubtedly they will receive an appropriate response from resistance fighters for this crime and the rest of their crimes in Islamic countries.
The Qom Seminary Teachers’ Association is offering condolences to Imam Al-Mahdi, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, the Iranian and Iraqi people and all the resistance fighters, especially the Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq, Hezbollah and the families of the martyrs for the loss of this good servant, the martyr Hajj Qasem Suleimani, and the hero martyr Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes and their fellow brothers who has received the divine Medal of Martyrdom.
We ask divine reward and patient for the Iraqi and Iranian nations and the families of the martyrs.
May God have mercy on the soul of this dear martyr, as well as Mr. Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes and their brothers, and may God curse the criminals and the imperialists.
