We offer our condolences to the Islamic Ummah for the unfortunate events of the flood in Libya and the earthquake in the Maghreb, which caused the death of a large number of citizens of these two countries. It is hoped that Muslim countries, international organizations and institutions of the Islamic world, as well as the Red Crescent and Red Cross international organizations, will help the victims of the accident with all possible means.
We are very grateful to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has been one of the pioneers in helping the flood and earthquake victims and we emphasize on continuing and improving the level of aid.
