In the name of God
The offensive action of Bharatiya janata party, in insult and derogatory references to Islam and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) caused great discomfort. This deplorable act is a continuation of the trend of Islam phobia and anti-Islam in recent years in India, which is unfortunately supported and expanded progressively by extremist groups, this denotes that anti- Islamic groups have no intention to stop their actions.
Ruining the Muslim rights and trying to destroy Islamic Heritage and mosques by extremist groups is consider as a shameful and inhuman act, that if it is not stopped; a serious damage on the peaceful life of different religions in India is ready to happen.
The Indian constitution emphasizes on having respect for religious beliefs and freedom and it is necessary for all Authorities and the ruling party to protect the rights of Muslims regarding to the constitution of their country.
Qom seminary scholar’s community Condemns the derogatory and disparaging remarks about Islam and Prophet, Hazrat Mohammad Mustafa (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and announces Insult to Islamic sanctities and anti-Islamism has hurt the feelings of more than a billion Muslims. It is necessary for international Islamic organizations and Islamic human rights organizations to strongly condemn these incidents.
We request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Seriously defend the principles of Islam and the rights of Muslims, especially the Muslims of India and to convey the protest of the people and scholars of the Islamic world to the Indian government.
